We found SS through a web search and after learning that you literally get all the same things a traditional Realtor would offer at a fraction of the cost we were sold. Honestly, I expected the service to be less than par due to the sheer savings we would be receiving, but we literally received the same attention a traditional Realtor would have provided. The entire team was extremely responsive day or date. We were under contract within days of listing and set a record for our neighborhood. Highly highly recommend. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
